Hi Guys! Here's a keep-up challenge for you to see how many times you can juggle the ball without it touching the ground! Our primary students might want to give it a shot with a balloon. Drop the ball from waist height and concentrate on that "C' word we always discuss: CONTROL!!! : ) See if you can get to 5 and then try to beat your record. Good Luck!
Hello my friends! Here is a challenge to build up your cardio and strength, so you are ready for anything, including some challenges from Mr. Miller or Madame Shaw, like a good old wall sit challenge!
To play the name workout challenge, you simply spell out your name to make your workout. For example if you use the name Amanda
A = 10 Burpees
M = 15 Squats
A = 10 Burpees
N= 20 Burpees
D= 10 Mountain Climbers
A = 10 Burpees
Want an extra challenge, do your last name too!
This is a great activity for improving control and hand-eye coordination. I use a tennis racket, a baseball bat and a hockey stick in my demonstration, but you can use any piece of equipment that you would like to including an open or closed hand! See how many you can get in a row! Good Luck!
Hello Castlemore! I am excited to post a challenge that I know many of you will be eager to try and of course to beat my time. Remember that form is key, so sitting with your legs at 90 degrees, don't let you knees come in front of your toes. No matter what time you get today, be proud and keep aiming higher with small attainable goals until you reach the big one! Have fun, you've got this!
We hope you have fun with this challenge. It is designed to promote overall wellness, that is mind and body! We have given you five activities to do in any order that you like. The challenge is simply to complete all five within the week! Feel free to repeat them as many times as you like or build on them to make them your own. Most importantly have fun and be kind to yourself and others!
