SOAR Grantees will have access to reporting templates that are specific to the LEA. Access will only be given to designated school representatives. If access needs to be granted to additional school representatives, please fill in the Additional School Representative Access Form linked below.
For Baseline Data Report, Mid-Year Report, and Year-End Report, templates will be provided.

Data input is needed by the November 15th deadline. Please note that many objectives and tracking metrics may have been altered in the approval process. Please contact the SOAR Grant Team for questions and concerns.
