Broadly Impactful / Directly Beneficial - Widely and positively valuable and/or helpful to a specific group of people at a specific time.
Credible + Factual - Where presented, fact-based information is verifiable, sources are clear and credible, and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.
Representative - When a community or group of historically oppressed people are discussed or implied, their perspectives and voices are heard and their experiences are reflected.
Suited to AV Volunteer Community - Ideally, content is compelling, timely, relatable to our communities, and bite-sized.
Content must:
Avoid endorsing specific political parties, candidates, or laws.
Not promote religious views or doctrines.
Do no harm - i.e. content does not advance racist, sexist, or discriminatory ideologies.

However, this does not prevent Amplifying Voices from fostering discussion and/or encouraging exploration of topics that are political or religious in nature, for instance the importance of pursuing universal human rights or addressing climate change.
