Act 48 Information

If you want Act 48 hours for any of the sessions during the conference, please use the link below for each conference session you attend. The form will remain open until August 5th. You must complete the form for each session attended by August 5th for Act 48 credit.  Your PPID # is required for Act 48 hours to be submitted. If you do not provide your PPID #, we cannot provide you Act 48 hours. Please allow 30 days for the hours to be credited.
