To reserve space in the performing arts center, please complete the following process:
Check with the facilities manager for availability.
If your date is not currently booked, complete the Event Request Form to begin the process of determining if the date is available and if the PAC can meet your event requirements.
Once received, your request will be followed with a contact by the PAC manager to discuss and determine if the facility can be rented.
If available, your application will be submitted to the Principal for his review and action.
The request, if approved, will be submitted to PCSSD central office for final approval of the event.
Once contracts and agreements are completed and the necessary payment of services provided, the event will be officially booked.
The PAC manager will work with your contact moving forward on the rental.
