Students will learn how food is processed and how food safety is maintained. They will learn about the advancements made in food technology and the importance of a safe food supply. Current events in food innovation and safety will also be studied in this course. Students will continue developing their Supervised Agricultural Experience Program (SAEP) and leadership development in the FFA Chapter.
