Dear parents/guardians,

Please refer to that SN25_143 for the CCAs allocated to our children. Do get the CCA transfer/withdrawal/2nd CCA request from this portal (the 4th tab on the left side of the webpage) if necessary.

Please also note that for Choir CCA, the P3s students are only required to attend the Monday sessions. They will be required to join the Friday sessions only from P4 onwards and when necessary to prepare for any upcoming performances.

Please note that SN25_131 P3 Actual CCA Allocation Exercise has been sent out. Please help your child sign up for his/her top 5 CCA choices via the AllEars Form Builder from 25 April 5pm to 29 April (next Tuesday) 5 p.m. Thank you!

Dear parents/guardians,

Please note that the 2025 CCA Weekly Timetable has been posted. Do kindly refer to this new timetable to make the necessary arrangements for your child's after school care, enrichment, and/or transportation.

Please also note that in preparation for the coming 2025 Nation School Games and early Chinese New Year Celebrations, the Competitive Sports and Performing Arts CCAs will be starting their CCA trainings on Term 1 Week 1 Monday 6th Jan 2025. All other CCAs will start on Term 1 Week 2 Monday 13th Jan 2025.

Dear parents/guardians,

Please note that in view of the immediate changes to the school bus operators, the school will be cancelling CCA for all students to prioritize transport arrangements for the regular pick up and drop off.

The only CCAs that will continue are the Wushu Cultural Exchange on 6 November, the Chinese Dance Learning Journey (for selected students) on 8 November and the Science and Gardening Learning Journey (for the 25 P3 and P4 selected students) on 8 November.

If in doubt, please feel free to contact the CCA teachers or the school directly to clarify. The school seeks for your kind understanding and patience in this matter. Thank you.

The CCA Department is in the midst of preparing the Primary 3 CCA Experience Programme. All students are strongly encouraged to take part in this programme to learn a little more on some CCAs in Pei Chun before making their informed choices for their actual CCAs. All parents will receive a school notification with details on the programme and instructions on registration by 19 Jan 2024 (Friday). Thank you and have a nice weekend ahead!

Tentative timeline:

T1W3: School Notification and form for students to select dates for CCA Experience Participation

T1W4: Allocation and release of results

T1W5: Parents to arrange for after school transportation

T1W6 - T2W6: Running of CCA Experience Programme

T2W7: Students indicate choices for actual CCA

T2W8 - T2W10: (a) Release of results;
(b) Appeals for students who missed 1st round and allocation of CCA;
(c) Accept 2nd CCA request and allocation of 2nd CCA

T3W1: Start P3 Actual CCA

Please note that the CCA sessions in 2024 will start from Term 1 Week 2 Monday.

Do kindly refer to the detailed CCA schedule and information in the individual CCA Portal.

Due to the migration to this new CCA portal site, do kindly allow the school to have more time to key in more information within the 1st 2 weeks of school.
