SN26_266 Partnering for Growth - 2026 Primary 2 CCA Fair & 2027 Refreshed CCA Framework
Dear Primary 2 Parents and Guardians,
As your child prepares to select their Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) for 2027, we are excited to share our 2027 Refreshed CCA Framework. Our goal is to pair student interest with structured skill development, ensuring every student builds genuine confidence and competency in their chosen area.
Key Highlights of the 2027 Refreshed Framework
• Earlier Start for Primary 3 Students: Moving forward, Primary 3 CCA sessions will commence in Term 1, a shift from the previous practice of starting in Term 3.
• Holistic Matching: To ensure a supportive fit, allocations will take into account student options, parental input, and baseline recommendations from PE and Music teachers.
• Competency-Driven Progression: Students will be assessed termly to determine their development progress, allowing them to join and train with peers at comparable skill levels.
• Early Recruitment for Performing Arts: Interested Primary 1 and Primary 2 students can inform their Music teachers for an early assessment and an invitation to join our Performing Arts CCAs (Choir, Chinese Orchestra, and Chinese Dance).
Key Timeline & Allocation Milestones
2026 (Term 4)
• Term 4, Week 6: Wushu Selection Trials

• Term 1, Weeks 2 to 4 (Wednesdays): Competitive Sports Selection Trials
