THE FALL MUSICAL EMAILs #1 (Summer Email) and #2  has been sent out to all cast and crew chairs and their parents.  Please let us know if you did not receive one or if there is another preferred email address to use.

STUDENTS INTERESTED IN WORKING ON TECH CREWS  for the musical are asked to sign up on the Theatre Arts Bulletin Board in the Fine Arts Hallway.  Areas include Sound, Lights, Makeup, and Box Office.  Sign up soon so we know student interests and can include you in our work days.

THEATRE ARTS PARENTS (TAP):
Parent Volunteers are needed to help with variopus Tech Crews for PCHS's fall musical.  Please contact MVP or the following chairs if you can help:

TAP Volunteers are one way to help relieve some Directors' responsibilities in producing a show.  It allows them to direct while knowing other Tech areas are being taken care of.  The students in the cast and crews appreciate your help in making the shows as professional as possible.

CAST AND CREW NEED TO SUBMIT THEIR PROGRAM INFORMATION FORM  by Friday, October 2.  Please see the 'Forms' link in the Tabs running down the left side.

PARENTS OF CAST AND CREWS MAY ORDER THEIR TICKET RESERVATIONS ON-LINE  by going to the 'Box Office' link in the Tabs running down the left side.  Our ticketing is done in partnership with BookTix where you can choose seats yourself on-line and pay with a credit card.  If you want to PRE-ORDER YOUR TICKETS, watch for an email that will be sent with a link to do so.  The Box Office will be open to the public on October 19.
