1. Papers should be written and presented in English. No full-paper submission is required.

2. The deadline of submission has been extended to January 15, 2024.

3. We accept online submissions only. Please submit your abstract (300-500 words with 3-6 keywords in English) by filling out  Contributor Data Form and emailing your proposal with the attached Abstract Submission Form to eng_conf@pccu.edu.tw. 

 4. All abstracts will be subject to blind reviews by two reviewers.
