Presentation Procedure

Presentation Guidelines (發表注意事項)

(1) Invited speakers will have a total of 25 minutes for the presentation, including 20 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions.

受邀演講人的發表時間為 25 分鐘,含 20 分鐘演講及 5 分鐘接受提問。

The session chair can decide whether the Q&A period will be held after each presentation or after all presentations.

該場次主持人可決定問答時間是在每一位發表人之後單獨進行或是全部發表人之後一起進行。

(2) A bell will ring 1 minute prior to the end of the QA to remind the presenter to wrap up the presentation.

問答結束前一分鐘會響鈴提醒。

(3) When the bell rings twice, it indicates the end of the talk time for the presenter.

響鈴二次即代表演講時間結束。

Reminders

(1) If you are a session chair or a speaker / presenter, please be ready at the designated conference room 10 minutes before your  panel begins.

      請各場主持人/受邀演講人及研究生發表人於該場次開始前 10 分鐘前於會議室準備就緒。

(2) Each session should be started and ended on time to ensure the smooth operation of the conference schedule.

     每場次應準時開始與結束以確保會議流程的順暢。
