1. Papers should be written and presented in English. No full-paper submission is required.

2. The deadline of submission is December 15, 2021.

3. We accept online submissions only. To submit your proposal, please follow these steps:

(a) Email your abstract form (300-500 words with 3-6 keywords in English) to eng_conf@pccu.edu.tw. You may download the abstract form below.

(b) Fill out the contributor data form at https://forms.gle/d7vchSFUwVnj5sN67 .

Your submission will NOT be considered unless the above steps are completed.

4. All abstracts will be subject to blind reviews by two reviewers.

5. Hwa Kang English Journal welcomes submissions of the full papers presented in this conference. Submissions may be considered for Vol. 27 or Vol. 28, to be published in July 2022 and July 2023 respectively.
