Guideline for Presenters

To all presenters,

To ensure that the virtual conference proceeds smoothly, all presenters will be sharing a video presentation using PowerPoint. Presenters are required to send us two files by April 15, 2022.

1. Upload recorded presentation file to our shared google drive. Each presenter gets the link individually.

Note: Video presentation must be in MP4 or WMV format.

Video Resolution: 1080p recommended, 720p minimum

Save your file with the naming convention: Presenter Name (For example,

Smith Huang).

2. Presentation file (PPT or PDF format). Please email your file to the address: eng_conf@pccu.edu.tw

For pre-recorded presentation and Q&A session:

1. Recorded presentations should be 20 minutes in length. The conference is instituting a strict 20-minute time limit for video presentations. This time limit ensures adequate time for each presenter to answer questions after their presentation.

2. Following each recorded oral presentation, a live Q&A will take place. All presenters will be requested to attend their session 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to test their microphone level and stay online to answer questions after their recorded presentation.
