Staff may choose to request a reservation for space in the library, Roving Carts to utilize in their classrooms and/or Desktop Labs located in the library. Please email Rachell Genesky with all requests. Requests must include space/equipment being requested (names below), date(s), time(s) for each period and if you would like my assistance coteaching. Same day requests will be honored IF space/equipment is available.
*Please note: As indicated under Library Policies, teachers may send up to five students to the library media center at one time to work independently or collaboratively. We do reserve the right to send students back to class if there is no space, students are not clear on what they suppose to be doing or if behavior becomes a problem. Students will be sent back to the classroom for dismissal.
Description of Available Space & Equipment
Library Space - can be used for instruction, collaborative work, independent work and whole class independent reading (generally done after circulation).

Roving Carts - can be checked out of the library media center as a supplement to the 1:1 Student Device Program. Carts checked out for the day must be returned by a student to the library media center no later than 2:05pm. Please see Roving Cart Policies for additional policies and information. Carts may be checked out for up to 1 week.
Lab Space - can be reserved for whole class instruction and research. *No food or drink is allowed in lab spaces.
