This can be Top-Bottom, and Bottom-Top. P-CCS needs to be a safe, equitable, and culturally responsive place to work and be a part of. There needs to be a sense of transparency and consistency all throughout. Referring back to teachers and student/learner role both staff and students needing to have a growth mindset, means that they need to feel safe and secure to try new things. If teachers and students do not feel safe, they are more likely to try new things and grow both personally and professionally.
