PFO REIMBURSEMENT FORM (updated 1/12/26)

$500 Allotment per Classroom Teacher ($250 to start)
$300 for ASD Classroom
$250 Allotment for PE, Music, Art, Innovation Teacher
$250 Resource Room, Teacher, MLL Teacher, Speech Teacher, Building Level Coach, Elementary Student Success Specialist
$5 per student for field trips at all grade levels
Here are some answers to common questions on the current PFO reimbursement policies as I believe they differ from the current district reimbursement policies:
1. Can I get reimbursed for sales tax? - Yes
However, please remember to deduct the sales tax from the total for any items on receipts that aren’t part of your reimbursement amount. For example, if you purchased a book for home on the same receipt as books you purchased for the classroom, please deduct the amount for the book for personal use and the sales tax that item from the total to be reimbursed.
2. Can I have items shipped to my home? - Yes
3. Is there a time limit on turning in my receipts for reimbursement from the date listed on the receipt? - No
4. What is the deadline for turning in receipts to the PFO for the school year? - May 31st. However If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know and we can work with you.
