Guest lecture on Awareness of EV Technology and its future scope
Mr. Rajendra Suryawanshi delivered sessions on electric vehicles (EVs) and their applications in the current scenario. He conducted multiple sessions on EVs, focusing on the basics, types of charging stations, and chargers, concluding with a doubt-clearing session.
Conduction of internship interview session for TYBTech honor course students
Mr. Rajendra Suryawanshi delivered a session on "The Importance of Internships." He interacted with students multiple times regarding internship and job opportunities to gain a clear understanding of their preferences and how these could be aligned with current job or internship positions. Based on the inputs received from Mr. Suryawanshi, students indicated their internship preferences. Accordingly, he conducted interviews to select students for internships.
Mr. Suryawanshi provided internship opportunities to students twice, once in December 2022 and again in April/May 2023. He arranged an interview session on 20th May 2023. As a result, students secured internships at UNO MINDA industry with a stipend, and most students received job opportunities at STAR Engineering industry.
Conduction of Placement session for Honor students
Mr. Rajendra Suryawanshi conducted a session on "Placement Awareness in the EV Era." He emphasized the importance of having a strong foundation in electronics, which is crucial for the industry. Additionally, he highlighted the current industry needs and shared tips for securing placements in well-known companies.
EV Project Discussion for Honor students
On 21st June 2024, a session was conducted for final year BTech students on EV project discussion. Mr. Rajendra Suryawanshi and Dr. Aarti S. Pawar discussed the following points:
Selection of projects
Collaboration with industry projects
Documentation requirements for projects
Responsibilities of project team members
Skill development opportunities through projects
Dr. Aarti S. Pawar organized all these sessions, leading to students receiving preplacement offers from both UNO MINDA industry and STAR Engineering industry.
