Self care is a privilege, but it is also a responsibility for those who care for others. It doesn’t have to take long, but it has to be included throughout the day.
Self care is a privilege, but it is also a responsibility for those who care for others. It doesn’t have to take long, but it has to be included throughout the day.
Self-care is not selfish or lazy or indulgent. It can include moments of self-reflection and recognition of how you’re feeling; understanding where the feelings are coming from with compassion for self & others; expressing emotion (with words or behaviors) and regulating emotions & behaviors.
