Fall Term 2026 you’re invited to Portland Community Colleges’ 5th annual Weeks of Welcome (WOW) celebration! Happening the first week of Fall Term, we’ll be kicking off the fun with WOWfest’s 5th Anniversary Party including all of these FREE:
–BBQ lunch and cupcakes
–T-shirts and swag giveaways
–Outdoor games including inflatable ax-throwing and skeeball with prizes
–Caricature artist who will draw your portrait (or bring a photo of your pet)
–Selfie-station photobooth with festive props
–Resource fair with tons of information about benefits available to you as a PCC student
–Music
–Drive2Thrive
–And more!
WOWfest will be happening daily from 10am–2pm at the following dates/locations:
–Monday, September 21: Cascade Student Union Quad Courtyard
–Tuesday, September 22: Southeast patio between MTH and SCOM
–Wednesday, September 23: Sylvania PAC Patio
–Thursday, September 24: Rock Creek outdoor area between Buildings 9, 5, and 7

Talk Time Café is your weekly chance to relax, meet new people, and practice English in a fun, low-pressure space. Come hang out with us for games, conversations, and real-life topics while connecting with other students and feeling more at home at PCC!
This is a recurring weekly event, except during the first week and the final two weeks of the term.
PCC Southeast Campus Health Services
The Multnomah County Mobile Clinic will provide medical, dental, behavioral health, and case management services at the Southeast campus in the courtyard between the Mt. Tabor and Mt. Scott buildings.
The mobile clinic accepts OHP and other insurance plans, but insurance is not required to receive services.The mobile clinic can provide healthcare to everyone living in Multnomah county, whether they are covered by insurance, paying what they can, or unable to pay. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.
Services are available to students, staff, and community members on a first-come, first-served basis; signups are located in front of the clinic van.
The schedule for the Mobile Clinic is 11:00-2:00 on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month:

The drive will be held in the CC Building in the Upper CC Mall EntranceArea from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

You can save time onsite by entering information through the Red Cross Rapid Pass.
Eligible donors who give blood between Sept. 21st - Oct. 18th could be eligible for a $15 e-gift card to the merchant of your choice.*

The Environmental Center serves as a community hub for PCC sustainability initiatives and volunteer opportunities, including being part of our beautiful Learning Garden. The E-Center is an active meeting place for students interested in sustainability issues and student-led projects. It offers updated resources on climate change, alternative transportation, energy conservation, and campus sustainability. Stop by Sylvania ST 213 or contact Peter Ritson to learn more!
