Pacific University program for non citizens: Services include audiology assessment, audiogram, ear molds & hearing aids
Pacific University Audiology Clinic Phone: (503) 352-2692
Address: 1333 SE 7th Ave. Suite 4150 Hillsboro, OR 97123
Trimet stops at this clinic address-near the hospital
Important Details-what to bring to appointment:
1.) We would require proof of income to see if each student qualifies for our sliding fee scale (they probably all qualify, but we need documentation). Typically, they would qualify for services at no charge. W-2 or Payslip
2.) If they have any health insurance (i.e., Medicaid), we would want to confirm benefits as they might be able to get a pair at no charge. If they have Oregon Health Plan (OHP), bring card/information.
3.) If they are uninsured and qualify financially, we can refer them to Lions Club (they need to be a US citizen). If they don't qualify for Lions Club, we are able to donate aids. If they are in need of earmolds, we can bill the Hearing Health Fund for those so that there is no out-of-pocket costs.
Have them contact our clinic at: (503) 352-2692. We don't turn anyone away - plus, the students love seeing patients & participating in these efforts! :)
