• We will be following the same protocol as teacher support: Tech Support will be available via email & phone on a daily basis from 8 am until 2 pm with the expectation of communication within two hours of the message being sent to the support team. We will do our best to answer all emails in a timely manner but messages sent after 2 pm may not receive a response until the next business day.
