If you need assistance or general support please call the main office at 773-534-0820 and leave a message on the voicemail or email us at mainoffice@pcachicago.org . Please leave your full name, your child's name and Crew, your contact information and a detailed message. We will be checking the voicemail and email at least three times a day and will return calls/emails as soon as possible. Please be patient with us as we do our best to make this transition to a virtual main office.
Teachers will be available via email on a daily basis from 8 am until 2 pm with the expectation of communication within two hours of the message being sent to the teacher. Teachers will do their best to answer all emails in a timely manner but messages sent after 2 pm may not receive a response until the next business day.
If for some reason your teacher is not responding via email in the above time frame, please email Nora Ryan nryan@pcachicago.org for grades K-2 and John Lydon jlydon@pcachicago.org for grades 3-8.
