VOTER ELIGIBILITY
Anyone who is a registered voter and lives within the Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD boundaries is eligible to vote in the 2023 bond election.

If any of the above applies to you, you will be eligible to vote in the May 6 election as long as you submit your voter registration application before April 6, 2023.

VOTING BY MAIL
To be eligible to vote early by mail-in ballot, you must:
be 65 years or older;
be disabled;
be out of the county on Election Day and during the period for Early Voting by personal appearance; or
be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible.
Applications for a ballot by mail must be submitted to the Early Voting Clerk on or after the 60th day before Election Day and before the close of business on the 11th day before Election Day. If the 11th day is a weekend, the last day to submit an application is the preceding Friday.
Your marked ballot must be received by the county elections office by 7 p.m. on May 6 unless you’re mailing it from out of the United States.
