2425 New Teachers

Hello everyone! This is Ms. Leshana Liu! I am incredibly excited to join the PBSS family as your new English teacher. I am passionate about language, and I believe that English is not just a subject, but a powerful tool that can open doors to countless opportunities in life. 

I have always been fascinated by the way language shapes our world. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching students from various backgrounds, and each experience has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education. My vision here at PBSS is to create an engaging and learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired. I want to help you discover the beauty of the English language, not just through textbooks, but through creative projects, discussions, and real-world applications.

Outside of the classroom, I am a huge fan of water sports. I find nothing more exhilarating than being out on the water! The feeling of freedom and connection with nature is something I cherish deeply. Another one of my favorite pastimes is watching movies, particularly when I can do so alone. It’s my way of getting lost in different stories and perspectives, much like how we delve into literature. I enjoy reflecting on the themes and narratives, much like how we analyze texts in class.

I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and learning about your unique perspectives, talents, and goals. I can't wait to see how you grow as learners and individuals, and I am confident that we will learn a great deal from each other. Let’s make this a memorable and enriching year!
