Welcome to the digital home of the Delaware Sigmas! On behalf of the 37th International President of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Hon. Bro. David A. Turner, and the 28th Regional Director of the "Mighty" Eastern Region, Hon. Bro. Nigel Coelho, I am so glad you’re here. We take a lot of pride in being known as the "Small State with a Big Heart" , and we believe that while our borders are small, our Sigma "cache" and the talent within our chapters loom incredibly large.

In Delaware, we look at Brotherhood as the key ingredient that keeps our organization vibrant and strong. As we move through this 2024–2026 term, we aren't just looking at numbers; we’re looking at how we can better support one another and the communities we serve. Our plan is built on three simple ideas to help us grow together:

Our plan is built on three simple ideas to help us grow together:
Building From Within: We are focused on "Taking Care of Home". This means keeping our Board balanced between our Northern and Southern chapters to ensure every voice is heard. We’re also streamlining how we work—using unified calendars and statewide retreats—to make sure no Brother ever feels disconnected.
Mapping Our Future: We want to meet our collegiate Brothers exactly where they are. By focusing on mentorship like our "Sigma Talk" sessions and building professional connections, we’re making sure our younger members have the tools they need to succeed long after graduation.
Creating Something Sustainable: We believe men stay active in Sigma when they have the chance to "sink their teeth into something" bigger than themselves. Whether it’s through new community partnerships or honoring our history with the "Sigma Hall of Fame," we are building a foundation that will last for years to come.

Our aim for this administration has been simple: to keep moving forward. We are committed to reaching our membership and service goals by staying focused on the work and the people who make this fraternity a beacon of light to communities throughout our great state. We want every member to feel that being a Sigma in Delaware provides a tangible, lifelong benefit.
