MEL Plan
This Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) plan details how the performance of YouthWorks PH, alternatively referred to in this document as a project of the Philippine Business for Education in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development - Philippines (USAID/P), will be monitored, assessed and improved throughout its eight-year lifespan.
Indicators measuring the success of expected outcomes will be identified and processes relevant to the MEL plan execution will be described. This document outlines the conditions and external factors relevant to the project’s implementation and sets out a learning agenda to determine effectiveness and identify adaptive measures in aid of project management.
The project will implement, monitor and adapt activities to contribute to the following objectives:
Improved access to quality training and employment for youth not in education, employment or training (NEET); and;
Increased government, industry and academe collaboration on workforce development (WFD).
