End-of-Project Evaluation

The JobsNext (JN) internal end-of-project assessment intends to assess whether JN was on track in achieving its objectives; assess how well the project has been implemented vis-a-vis its project goal; measure emerging outcomes and outputs; make necessary pivots to program strategy before closing; and learn from it to guide other PBEd ongoing and/or future projects.

The JobsNext project successfully completed its three (3) outcomes with one (1) outcome – the impact study–  that is still being implemented until the third month after the project closeout to get more accurate data in measuring the impact of the project. Thus, the project completion rate is at 97% until the impact study is completed.

Overall, the internal project evaluation documented the best practices and lessons learned in youth mobilization and engagement, monitoring-evaluation-learning, communication (internal and external/project), operations (admin & finance), capacity building, and partnerships that can be used for project continuation and strategy replication to other similar projects.
