Impact Study
The impact study aims to evaluate how the GO & LEAD Professional Development Program has enhanced the capacity of 67 public school heads (Career Stages 1–3) in Baguio City to strategically apply data assessment and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practices in school management. It will specifically assess contributions to the Division’s priority areas—Access, Equity, Governance, Quality, and Resilience—by analyzing the outcomes of the five PD modules. These modules addressed key domains and strands of the PPSSH, including leadership development, data-driven decision-making, inclusive and strategic school management, digital education technologies, and performance improvement systems.
The study will examine the extent to which school heads have applied these competencies in managing school operations, leading instructional improvements, engaging communities, and strengthening organizational systems to create more responsive, equitable, and future-ready schools.
