Document Review Results
The Document Review revealed that key deliverables and activities aligned well with the project’s goal of fostering transformative, data-driven, and inclusive education through empowered school leadership. Two major outputs were reviewed: the conduct of external assessments for Grade 1 and Grade 7 learners and the professional development of 67 Baguio public school heads. All planned activities under these outputs were completed, including the rollout of pre- and post-tests to 9,363 students, creation of school report cards, and development of a functional division-level database.
Additionally, five professional development modules were developed and delivered, focusing on leadership, data-driven school management, teaching improvement, digital strategies, and M&E systems. These accomplishments contribute significantly toward the project's targeted outcomes, such as institutionalizing school improvement planning, enhancing leadership competencies, and building resilient, future-ready education systems.
