Rapid Participatory Assessment
The assessment aims to determine the relevance and probability of the level of achievement of project objectives, development effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. The results will also feed lessons learned into the decision-making process of the project stakeholders, including donors, NGA, LGU partners.
At the end of the activities, the project will be able to collect secondary data relevant to its objectives, conduct Key Informant Interviews (KII) to validate this data, and optionally hold Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to further confirm findings from both the secondary data and the KIIs. Additionally, the project will carry out beneficiary profiling and gather raw data through Participatory Rapid Appraisals (PRA), which will serve as the foundation for the project’s baseline report.
