Data Quality Review

The Data Quality Review (June–July 2024) assessed the completeness and accuracy of project documentation (MOVs) and performance against key indicators. All 17 project activities had complete MOVs, adhering to PBEd’s quality assurance standards through standardized templates, centralized MIS, and prompt issue resolution. Despite strong documentation practices and full engagement with education and public sector partners, the project fell significantly short on several performance targets, particularly in youth enrollment, training completion, internship placement, and employment outcomes. Notably, only 216 youth enrolled (of 800 targeted) and just 10 completed the program (of 500). Key recommendations include enhancing outreach and employer partnerships, improving data validation and QA systems, and addressing critical implementation gaps to ensure better program impact and sustainability.
