The protagonist of book fourteen is Snowfall — the young queen of the IceWings. Snowfall wants nothing to do with the other tribes and wants all IceWings to stay in the Kingdom of Ice.
Suddenly, a whole new continent of dragons, with completely strange and unknown tribes, come to Pyrrhia as a refugee.
