The Fiery Arts program is entering an exciting new chapter. With the installation of state-of-the-art Wet Dog Glass equipment and a fully revitalized studio, Paly now offers one of the most comprehensive high school glass and ceramics programs in the country. Students can explore every corner of the 3-D world: from wheel-thrown and sculptural ceramics to flameworking, glass casting, and hot glass in our outdoor “hot shop.”

This program is now a cornerstone of Paly’s new 3-D Arts Career Technical Education (CTE) pathway, designed to give students the skills, experiences, and industry knowledge that connect directly to careers in art, design, and fabrication. The curriculum blends hands-on practice with contemporary art, design thinking, and conceptual development, challenging students to push their ideas while mastering technical processes.
