The schedule of online requests for the Training Certificates is every Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN (except holidays). All applications sent beyond the schedule will be processed on the next working schedule.

The request will be thoroughly screened and will be verified. Once verified:

Pick-up by schedule: An email schedule will be sent to the requester’s given email address.

Via LBC Delivery: Instructions regarding payment details of P250.00 for shipping thru LBC will be received through the requester’s email address. Uploading proof of payment is necessary to process the request. It must be in PDF form with a maximum file size of 5MB.

Pick-up by schedule: Present any valid ID for verification. Ready your QR Code Scanner for the acknowledgment of your certificate.

Via LBC Delivery: Shipping details will be sent through email.
