FAQ – Parking – Park in next door in seasons mall. It’s really economical. For a car, its 20 rs for whole day.
Food – You can carry your own lunch and utilise the common area on 1st or 3rd floor. You can buy lunch as well. Seasons mall next door has many options as well.
If you wish to visit WeWork office in your city, procedure is exactly same, however, it will be in the flexi desk area.
Step 1 – Please inform one of these about your visit and date. The will enter into the system. Kasyap Ram kasyap.ram@patona.com.au ; manish rawate manish.rawate@patona.com.au You will get a mail like below. Sample email for WeWork entry
Step 2 -At ground floor reception. You can inform that you are from Patona, show Patona ID card or Aadhar Card. We have total 6 cards. Our office no is 3rd floor 105. You can also use the mail you got to scan the barcode for the entry.
Step 3 – WW will give you an access card. If there are more than 5 people, then you will need a day pass (we will buy prepaid credits in next few days). Note that day pass area is on 1st floor. In the office on 3rd floor, at any time, it should be max 6 people. You need the card even to access the washrooms. Please carry it.
Step 4 – Enjoy their hospitality. They have a good weworkguest wifi. When you connect, it will open a webpage, you can use fill in details and mobile for OTP. Then you will see options – Meeting, event and one more. Use meeting. On Right top corner you see a button labelled CONNECT. Click on that.
Step 5 – You have to return the access card and physical key to the office to the main desk
1. Pantry - We urge you to help us keep our building tidy and ensure to clean up yourselves by bringing back mugs from offices and disposing of cutlery in the pantry after use. My team needs to clean and restock them in the pantries. Request you to kindly not throw the cutlery in the bins as we use steel spoons/forks which are re-usable.
2. Conference Rooms - Rooms MUST be booked prior to being used. No squatting, if someone is occupying a room that you have reserved, please let us know right away.
3. Bathrooms - Common courtesy, use it as you would in your grandma’s house. If an item is unavailable, please let us know ASAP.
4. Building Management- Kindly use only your own access cards and refrain from granting access to a colleague at the turnstiles. Display your company ID card or WeWork access card upon request by the security team. At the smoking area, cigarette butts need to be thrown in the available dustbins. Along with that carry back your mugs/glasses from the zone. Please treat this zone as your own house balcony.
5. Guests - All guests should be registered and checked in through the iPad at the Front Desk. If not registered, the host needs to come down to receive them. If a guest is using the space for a longer duration, a conference room needs to be booked using your credits.
6. Phone Usage - Phone booths & common areas are the designated spaces for phone usage. Phone usage in other areas such as corridors is restricted as it creates an inconvenience to other members and hinders their daily routine. Kindly respect the time and space of fellow members by ensuring appropriate phone usage and volume control.
7. Games Room- Kindly bring back mugs/glasses in the pantry after use.
Wifi Connecting Process
· Please connect your device to 'WeWorkGuest' which is an open network and no password will be required.
· Once connected to 'We WorkGuest', please browse to wifi.we.co
· On wifi.we.co, please login using your On-Demand credentials.
· Upon logging in, you will find your unique set of credentials to access the network WeWorkWiFi' and steps on how to activate it on various devices.
· Use your credentials to login into 'WeWorkWiFi' on your device.
