Copy of GSTIN (duly signed and sealed)
Copy of PAN Authorized signatory (Authorized signatory with specimen signature)
Copy of organization's PAN (duly signed and sealed)
Copy of AADHAR of Authorized Signatory (Signed and stamped by authorized signatory)
Request Letter on letter head - Attached (to be printed on organization's letter head duly signed and stamped)
