Kelly Volk, BCaBA

Biography

Kelly is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with more than 8 years of professional experience serving individuals with Autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. She has worked with children from the ages of 2 years old to 16 years old with experience in the home, school, community, and center settings.

Kelly's passion for Applied Behavior Analysis started in 2014 while in college and working as a behavior therapist. Seeing how much children are able to learn-and how the quality of life for them and their families improved in the time they were receiving Applied Behavior Analysis therapy-was enough for her to devote her life to the science.

Kelly received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University in 2019 and obtained her BCaBA certification from Florida Institute of Technology in 2021. She is most passionate about developing a collaborative approach with families to maximize a child's progress across all caregivers and settings. Some of Kelly's additional behavior analytic interests include social skills training, the analysis of verbal behavior, and ongoing staff training. Kelly's professional background has provided her with an extensive skill set to achieve individualized goals for the clients and families she has had the pleasure to accompany.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her friends and fiance Tyler, loving on her nieces and nephew, traveling, boating, attending concerts and cheering on the Colts!
