3:00pm - All teams arrived in Thailand.
4:30pm - Depart hotel for BPS main campus.
5:30pm - Welcome / Opening Ceremony (Conference Center)
6:00pm - Coaches meeting (CON-420).
6:00pm - Coaches meeting (CON-420) Athlete entertainment (main hall).
6:15pm - Food Served.
8:15pm - Buses depart back to hotel. 

Friday | 22nd March 2024
5:30am onwards - Breakfast at Dusit Princess.
7:00am - First departure of buses from Dusit Princess to Bangkok Patana.
8:15am - Second departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to Bangkok Patana.
8:30am - 1st round of games to start*
10:00am - 2nd round of games to start*
11.30am - 3rd round of games to start*
11:30am - Lunch buffet opens
1:00pm - 4th round of games to start*
2:30pm - Lunch buffet closes
1:00pm - First departure of buses from BPS to Dusit Princess
2:30pm - Second departure of buses leave BPS to Dusit Princess
6:00pm - Cut off time for any delays in schedule due to weather.
           

Saturday | 23rd March 2024
6:00am onwards - Breakfast at Dusit Princess.
7:15am - First departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to BPS.
8:30am - 1st round of games to start*
8:45am - Second departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to BPS.
10:00am - 2nd round of games to start*

11:00am - Lunch buffet opens.

11:15am - Lunch break.
12.00pm - Play-off round 1.
1:30pm - Play-off round 2.
2:00pm - Lunch buffet closes.
3:00pm - Plate Semi Finals.
4:30pm - Cup Semi Finals.
4:30pm - First departure of buses from BPS to Dusit Princess

6:00pm - Second departure of buses leave BPS to Dusit Princess
6:30pm - Cut off time for any delays in schedule due to weather.

Sunday | 24th March 2024

6am onwards - Breakfast at Dusit Princess.
7:30am - First departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to BPS.
9:00am - Plate Finals Start.
9am - Second departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to BPS.
10:30am - Cup Finals Start.
12:15pm - Awards.
1pm - Departure of buses from BPS to SVB Airport.
