All travelling teams arrive in Thailand and check in at the tournament hotel (Novotel Bangna)

Friday | 30th January 2026
6:00am onwards - Breakfast at Novotel Bangna for travelling teams
6:45am - First departure of buses to BPS
8:00am - 1st round of games to start
11:00am - Lunch buffet opens
2:00pm - Lunch buffet closes
3:00pm - Departure of buses for travelling schools from BPS to Novotel Bangna
6:00pm - Cut off time for any delays in schedule due to weather.

Saturday | 31st January 2026
6:00am onwards -Breakfast at Novotel Bangna for travelling teams
6:45am - First departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to BPS
8:00am - 1st round of games to start

11:00am - Lunch buffet opens.

1:00pm - Play off games begin
2:00pm - Lunch buffet closes
4:00pm - Departure of buses from BPS to Novotel Bangna
6:00pm - Cut off time for any delays in schedule due to weather.

Sunday | 10th November 2024

6:00am onwards - Breakfast at Novotel Bangna for travelling teams
6:45am - First departure of buses leave Dusit Princess to BPS
8:00am - Matches Begin
11:00am  - Girls Touch Final (Division 1 and Division 2)
11:30am - Boys Rugby Final

12:30pm  - Awards
1:00pm - Departure of buses from BPS to SVB/DMK Airport
