Data Privacy

As a SEASAC member school undertaking hosting commitments we agree to treat the data shared in this form with the utmost care and sensitivity. Data will only be shared with third parties to ensure the health and safety of the participating student-athletes and their coaches/teachers. As well as aiding the smooth running of the event from a logistical viewpoint. It will be deleted from our school google drive four weeks after the event has finished, removed from any websites where it is shared and all hard copies shredded. No data will be sold on to any third parties. I agree to share in advance the arrangements for official photography, live streaming and team photos and allow schools and/or individuals to opt out should they wish to do so.
