Mrs. Fillhart lives in Port Allegany. She is married to her husband, Cliff and has two children, Brennan and Breah.
In addition to receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006, She received her School Nurse Certification in 2011 and Masters of Health Promotion and Education in 2018.
