Create positive rapport with students and families
Complete all paperwork required by position
Complete lesson plans in advance via school district policy
Effectively work with co-workers to play and implement curriculum materials.
Host family events throughout the school year
Have effective communication with families via phone logs, written notes, and parent conferences throughout the school year
Complete Student Learning Objective ISLO) data collection every school year.
Complete trainings via Pre-K Counts requests
Complete multiple assessments via Pre-K Counts Coordination, Pre-K Counts State Representative, and School Principal (TPOT, PAETEP, etc…)

Perform home visits at the beginning and end of the school year in families homes
Complete all paperwork required for job (i.e. attendance, filing excuses, inputting student data, assisting volunteer in-kind for center, etc.)
Complete lesson plans for each week in advance
Hold staff meetings once a month and complete write up to submit to the main office
Efficiently work with co-workers and other staff members in program
Constructively work with parents and volunteers in the classroom to assist and interact with students
Hold Parent Teacher conferences throughout the school year
Complete monthly newsletters about happenings in the center and reminders
