About Me:

I grew up in Pine Grove, PA as the oldest of three in my family. I love gardening, crafting, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. I now live in Lebanon County with my husband, Alec, and our sweet cat, Daisy.

I graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, where I learned about the importance of physical activity and the impact sedentary lifestyles have on overall wellness. While interning in Cardiac Rehab at Lancaster General Health, I discovered a passion for health promotion and disease prevention and decided to pursue teaching.

Since then, I’ve taught Health and Physical Education in Palmyra at both the elementary and high school levels. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Lock Haven University in 2022 and recently completed my Master of Science in Lifelong Wellness Through Innovative Leadership from Slippery Rock University. This is my fourth official year teaching Health and PE in Palmyra, and I currently teach at Forge Road and Northside Elementary.

I am passionate about helping students learn how to take care of the bodies they will have for the rest of their lives, and I truly love the work I get to do. I am so excited for the 2025–2026 school year!
