Listed Below are the Varsity Standards for earning a letter for Indoor Track & Field
While these are not set in stone and can be adjusted as needed, they serve as a general benchmark for those setting goals in their events. Alternatively for those who switch between distance/field/springs, you can see perhaps where you excel most in and where you can focus.
For those of you reachers, I've also attached the Eastern's meet standards, and the standards to go to Nationals.
