Cancellation policy

In the event of inclement weather, the Region Directors along with the host school will make a decision about the conference. Should the conference be canceled, a makeup session will be offered. A decision about weather cancellation will be made by 6:00 a.m. on the day of the conference.


Please know that it is PASC policy that we cannot offer refunds for students who have previously registered and paid. Schools may make substitutions, but no refunds will be given for delegates who are unable to make the conference. Questions can be addressed to regionbdirector@pasc.net
