Our 2026 Sustainable Agriculture Conference will be held at the Lancaster County Convention Center, a historic hotel and convention center in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The Lancaster County Convention Center is located at 25 S Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603.
Conference lodging blocks:
Holiday Inn Lancaster is a 0.3-mile, flat, sidewalk-lined walk to the Lancaster County Convention Center. Hotel parking is complimentary. The room rate is $145 + tax per night. The lodging block will close on January 5. You can book your lodging through this link.
Eden Resort & Suites is a 10-minute drive from the Lancaster County Convention Center. Scheduled shuttle services will be offered to and from the conference center. The room rate is $119.95 + tax per night. Hotel parking is complimentary. Deadline to book is January 5. Follow these instructions to reserve a room.
Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is the on-site hotel. The room rate is $179 + tax per night. The lodging block will close on January 5. You can book your lodging through this link.
The Lancaster County Convention Center is conveniently located near several transportation hubs:
Train: The conference venue is located one mile from the Lancaster Amtrak train station and bus terminal.
Plane: The conference venue is a 20-minute drive from Lancaster Airport (LNS) or a 40-minute drive from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT).
Parking: On-site parking is available at the Penn Square Garage (enter at 28 S Duke St–clearance is 6'8").
Here are other city parking garages with clearance up to 8’2”. Contact events@pasafarming.org if you know you need to arrange lot (instead of garage) parking.
