As we are spending a lot of time at our homes, it is important to keep moving physically and mentally. Pasadena ISD has provided us with weekly activities and ideas that you and your family may do throughout your day and week giving your body and brain the breaks they need! If you have siblings at home, include them! In fact the entire family can join in the fun! Remember, movement is great for our mental health! Take care of yourself, we miss you guys!
