Through the accomplishment of our player characteristics and program pillars each participant will have a win the day everyday mentality becoming a man of impact and high attainment in the community and abroad.
This initiative is a character and culture building tool to teach life skills to our student athletes.
Building leadership skills through action, our coaching staff appoints various players to be members of the leadership council.

Duties
Propose social activities.
Vocal leaders and leaders by example within program activities.
Assist within graphic design of apparel and wardrobe options.
Peer enforcement of academic and behavioral code of conduct.
Have a vote within program decisions.
Advocate for player requests to coaching staff.
Actively participate in school and community service projects on behalf of boys basketball.
Participation within disciplinary hearings and coaching staff discussions when called.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) done to instill our player characteristics and program pillars. Turning words into actions each player must display to promote group success.
Players will participate in strength and conditioning workouts four days a week within the off-season and twice a week during the season.
