Mavericks Run Ahead of the Herd!
We are excited to welcome our Mavericks back for the first full week of school!
We also want to share how proud we are of our students and staff. Pasadena Memorial High School has earned an A rating from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) with an overall score of 93. This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire Maverick community.
This week, we will be following our regular bell schedule, with students attending Homeroom in the middle of the day.
As a reminder, please plan to arrive early, as traffic begins to increase around 6:40 a.m. Students should be in class, seated, and ready to learn by 7:15 a.m.

Wednesday - 12th Grade Assembly, Brain Breaks
Thursday - Technology Support and Etiquette
Friday - 9th Grade Endorsement Selection, Stop the Bleed Training
Dress Code Reminders
Dress Code Reminders
Students may correct dress code issues during 1st and 2nd period. After 2nd period, students who are out of dress code may be assigned to ISC.
Backpacks must be clear or mesh
Caps, hoods, and other head coverings are not permitted on campus. This policy supports campus safety and security.

Cell Phone Law Reminder - Texas House Bill 1481 requires all public schools to prohibit student use of personal communication devices during the school day. The law took effect on June 20, 2025, and applies to all Texas public school districts and charter schools.

To support compliance with state law and maintain a focused learning environment, students may not use personal communication devices during the school day while on school property. This includes cell phones, smartwatches, earbuds, and other personal electronic devices.
