Dealing with anxiety during quarantine

Anxiety is a normal emotion. Anxiety is a feeling of worry or unease over your current situation or some event in the future. Anxiety is demonstrated differently in individuals. Too much anxiety can be unhealthy and cause physical illness in the long run. Here are some activities to reduce stress and worry for a better health.

"Fly Away Worry"

Write your worries and stresses on a sheet of paper. Create a paper airplane out of this paper. Throw the paper across the room and into a trash can. Watch your worries glide far away and disappear into the trash.

Bon Voyage Worry!

Draw several boats on a sheet of paper. Write your worries in each boat. Color these boats and add as much detail as you'd like. Take your time to load these boats up and imaging your worries drifting away into the sea.
